Ben and Melissa Melancon - Atlanta, GA

Ministry Description: We are intercessory missionaries at the International House of Prayer Atlanta (IHOP) in Lawrenceville, GA.  IHOP ATL is a mission's base with 24-7 live worship and prayer as its central focus.  All ministry (feeding the poor, prophecy rooms, evangelism, etc) is fueled by first ministering to the Lord (Psalm 27:4).  I spend time in the prayer room, oversee the prayer room schedule and leaders, and teach in the Gatekeeper School of Ministry.  Melissa also serves in the prayer room, sings on worship sets, does administrative work in the staffing office and teaches in the children's ministry.  We led a mission's team last year to India to help a house of prayer and minister to orphans in Bangalore and plan to do more trips in the future.
