Tom and Leigh Ann Fraley - ScotlandMinistry Description: Tom and Leigh Ann Fraley moved to Scotland in September of 2008 after nearly 25 years of ministry in the U.S. They are currently serving Lighthouse Church in Musselburgh in the areas of outreach and prayer while doing preliminary work for a church plant in Edinburgh. Their vision is to see the Lord break out among the over 60,000 college and university students in that city, then to see those students discipled and sent to the nations. Scotland has had a rich spiritual heritage and a history of sending men and women out with the message of the gospel. However, in recent years, Scotland has followed most of Europe into spiritual decline toward secular humanism and even atheism. Tom and Leigh Ann want to see Scotland's spiritual inheritance recovered. They long to see the Lord raise up a "Samuel generation" in Scotland, young men and women who will hear God and be a prophetic voice for righteousness and truth in their nation and the nations of the world.
