Lance and Heather Canter - ScotlandChildren: Haley, Josiah, Channing, Eireann Ministry Description: The Canters and their four kids have ministered in Scotland for nine years. For the last five years, Lance has pioneered and led Highlands Outreach Teams, a ministry of YWAM Scotland, where he organizes and leads short-term outreach teams up into the remote villages of the Highlands and Islands of Scotland. These teams are typically involved in prophetic intercession and/or youth outreach. The Canters have a huge vision for revival and community transformation and these teams are a strategic part of that vision. Lance also serves on the National Leadership Forum, which is an advisory committee for the National Leader of YWAM Scotland. Heather is currently home-schooling the children, leading a women's Bible study, and very active in building relationships in their community. Heather is very relational and hospitable and has been reaching out to many 'mums' and their children in our village. In addition to the three RiverStone teams that helped Lance to pioneer his first outreaches up into the Highlands and Islands, the Canters have also hosted RiverStone teams the past three years as they brouth Youth Camp to Scotland. Note: The Canters are currently home on furlough in Atlanta until August 2010. They will be raising support, visiting family and friends and doing ministry development training.
