Elliott DeJarnett - Athens, GAMinistry Description: I am currently doing an internship program at the Wesley Foundation on the campus of the University of Georgia. I am serving on the Worship staff helping lead the worship services on Wednesday nights and discipling several guys on our leadership team as well as helping lead the weekly small group meetings we have. One of my hopes as part of the staff is to see the Lord continue to awaken the campus of UGA for Him. The past few years have been awesome to watch what the Lord has done but we believe that there is so much more and so we are asking for greater revelations of His glory and of His presence to truly spark a revival on the campus. I believe that worship plays such a key role in that as young people today can so easily connect to the Lord through music. We've already had so many powerful experiences of His presence in worship and are asking for even more. Ever since I started leading worship in the youth group and at church at RiverStone, the Lord has been revealing more and more of His heart, how He loves when His people gather together and worship Him and the influence we can have in the spiritual realm simply by giving Him praise and bringing that aspect of heaven to earth.
